I booked the hotel for my family before 4 months of travel date and pay advance also. however, due to unavoidable situation I have to cancell the booking with one week. Fromo that day onwards I am contacting hotel but I didnt receive back the advance. The moment they knew about cancellation they stopped picking up call also.

This place is like a dream. It feels like you are in Disneyland or some other fantasy land. It has everything you would want on a hill station. Retreat and Spa is better than Resort. Restaurant also serves great food.

It is a good hotel in pelling, excellent room with snow white mountain view from balacony, free parking, super breakfast and dinner facility. hotel staffs are very good and cooperative. No doubt luxary hotel BUT THERE IS A BIG BUT. must check bed sheet and bed cover because there are a lot of hairs on bed sheet and look that they donot clean bed sheet properly. I feel that manager of hotel is not sincere about his job and responsibility. I tried half an hour to lodge my complaint to manager of the hotel. He was very reluctant to meet with me. when i showed him the real condition of bed sheet then he started to take action very casually as if this type of problem may occur at any time at any hotel. I REQUEST THE HOTEL AUTHORITY TO TAKE CARE SUCH NUISANCE TO KEEP THEIR REPUTATION IN TACT. I was fade with manager of the hotel.

This hotel has it all - lovely large rooms with clearly defined seating, and desk areas, plus well equipped bathrooms and constant hot water. From the bay window of our room (304, Azalia Cottage) we could sit on the sofa and watch sunrise on Kanchenjunga. The cottages are set in a lovely garden which leads you to the main building where there is a library as well as a restaurent. In that restaurant the food is of a very high quality, well served and offers a good range. All the young, friendly staff are keen to make sure you enjoy your stay. As an added bonus, the hotel provides an excellent laundry service at a very good price.
